Warranty

Warranty Period :

All Chillers A and B series 25 tons or less have  1 year warranty on parts and 5 years on the compressor. exception  Chillers YCAL.

The combination of heating and cooling in one unit have the same warranty period to start the unit should be tested 2 elements (cooling and heating) to verify the correct operation of the unit.

 
 

Warranty exclusions are:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by transportation.
 

The warranty does not include the replacement of parts when they have been damaged as a result of operations of loading, unloading and / or installation of the units in the same way by improper practices of service.
 

Warranty coverage does not apply when the equipment is operated in corrosive environments, with inadequate power supply, and / or water or fuel flows out of the ranges specified for the unit.
 

The warranty does not cover damage from freezing in plate evaporators and / or helmet and tube condensers and water cooled.
 

The warranty does not cover the replacement of damaged parts, this caused by poor selection and / or installation of the product.
 

The guarantee will not be effective if the unit is installed and / or repaired by unqualified personnel and / or authorized.
 

The warranty does not cover fuses, bands, light bulbs, flow switch, filters and other elements whose normal wear due to operation of the equipment proves damaged.
 

The warranty does not cover damage caused by weather and / or earthquakes, floods, etc.
 

The alter, remove, and / or falsifying data in the series of the unity of the plate, will void the warranty.
 
 

No returns accepted unless the computer has no redress.
